Quest rewards are not instant, but they won't conflict with anything. Courier now delivers the items after the quest has been completed.

Whetstone and Hammer mechanics have been reworked to determine weapon and shield specific sharpness and toughness level based on the formlist they are in. This way user or mod author can add different mod weapons and shields to the mechanic more easily and determine the levels of sharpness/toughness
Salts and oils damage changed to scale of player level instead of player alchemy level. Also scale steps are less gradual: 10 mag (player lvl < 10), 15 mag (player lvl < 15), 20 mag (player lvl < 20), 25 mag (player lvl < 25), mag 30 (player lvl > 24) (reasoning: my wrists started cramp after 100th manual adjustment)
Fixed an issue after using whetstone shield wouldn't not re-equip

Quest rewards are delivered by the courier after the quest has been completed. This can take some time, be patient.
Sharpness Mechanic
There are 7 levels of sharpness, each one of them have a given damage multiplier. After sharpening your weapon, you weapon specific sharpness level and after 10 hits towards enemy blade degrades to lower level. Below is a default list of sharpness levels for each weapon material type. Every weapon sharpness level can be changed by altering the formlist within the esp.

Toughness Mechanic
Toughness mechanic is similar to sharpness mechanic and has different levels of toughness. After 10 block with shield, it degrades to lower level. Below is a default list of toughness levels for each shield material type. Every shields toughness level can be changed by altering the formlist within the esp.

Crafting
While you have crafters backpack equipped a lesser power comes available in the magic menu which allows you to craft on the go. You can craft all of the consumables + a few extra items like lockpicks, roll of paper and arrows (perk requirements are on for arrows)
Soul Gem Crafting
After requiring and learning the soul gem transfusion spell, you get a lesser power similar to crafting available in your magic menu. With it you can craft soul gems to one tier higher at the price of two. This also makes use of soul gem fragments that are otherwise unused by the game. You can split soul gems to fragments or combine them to make a petty soul gem.
Scroll Crafting
After acquiring the Scroll Crafting book player can use the lesser power to create various scrolls. Every scroll requires 1...5 soul gem fragments and a roll of paper. The of fragment cost is based on the value of the scroll. Fragments can be aquired by splitting soul gems up with Soul Gem Transfusion spell.
Roll of paper can be made with crate or backpack crafting, requires 1 tundra cotton.
Spectral Pack
After acquiring the Spectral Pack horn, player can use the horn to summon the Spectral Pack at pointed location for one hour.
