I was a bit underwhelmed when I got the shout "Soul Tear" by the undead dragon Durnehviir. So I changed its base damage from 300 to 500. Feels more like tearing souls, but should still be somewhat balanced by the 90 seconds cooldown.
Simply drop the .esp file into Skyrim SE's Data folder or install via mod manager.
