This is the first time I try adding ENB particle lights by myself to something in game. I looked for mods that add lights to gemstones but I couldn't find any (if they are out there then I suck at searching). Still, I saw it as an opportunity to learn how to add particle lights to stuff.
I covered all of these precious gems:
- Amethyst
- Flawless Amethyst
- Diamond
- Flawless Diamond
- Emerald
- Flawless Emerald
- Garnet
- Flawless Garnet
- Ruby
- Flawless Ruby
- Sapphire
- Flawless Sapphire
- Exquisite Sapphire (from Dragonborn DLC, uses the same light color as the Flawless Sapphire)
The common gems will have darker and fainter colored lights whereas the flawless gems will have brighter colored lights.
Since I didn't want to have 4 gems with red colored lights (common garnet, flawless garnet, common ruby and flawless ruby), I went with an 'orange-red' color for the ruby since the color of the common ruby in game seemed to have a faint orange hue (also does in the wiki: garnet vs ruby). If you prefer to switch their colors there's an option in the FOMOD installer to do so.

FOMOD installer, just download with your mod manager and follow the instructions. It's just a mesh replacer, so no ESP/ESL file.
Some things to notice:
- Only for ENB users (0.365 binaries or newer).
- If you don't see the effect in game it's probably because you don't have 'EnableComplexParticleLights' enabled in ENB (also check the COMPLEXPARTICLELIGHTS section and change the values accordingly).
If you have any of Rudy's ENB particle lights mods you can ignore or install the fxglowENB.dds file included in my mod, it's the same file from his mods (which he gives permission to use) so it doesn't matter if you replace it or ignore it.

If you are seeing big (huge) mesh previews of the gems in your inventory, install ELIF (ENB Lights Inventory Fix) and select the ELIF compatible meshes in the installer when installing my mod.

- Rudy102: for providing a guide on how to do this, as well as the assets and glow texture for it.
- Syllisjehane: for giving me a few pointers through Discord on where to look to solve the issue I was having with the inventory previews for the gems.
