The breton mage loading screen's hands appear green when using an ENB due to the hand mesh not being skinned. This mod fixes the mesh so that the hands don't appear green. This issue would become even more apparent if you use LOTD, as the College of Winterhold museum exhibit uses this mesh. You don't need this mod if you don't use an ENB.
The hands have a sharp shading issue, but that appears to be a problem of the vanilla textures. Fixed if you have higher quality body textures installed.
