Skyrim Anniversary Edition brings, among other things, survival mode and the ability to run a farm called Goldenhills Plantation. Inside the Goldenhills player home, the player can pay their steward to build a library which come with a shrine of the players choosing.
Due to what must be an oversight, the shine in the player home charges 100 gold every time it is used while survival mode is enabled. Shrines within player homes are not meant to charge a fee in survival mode.
This mod is a quick bug patch thrown together in SSEEdit that flags the Goldenhills Plantation player home with the keyword "Survival_LocTypeFreeShrineUse" so that the shrine no longer charges a fee.
