I checked on the AE version with the SKSE Preliminary AE build 2.1.3 (runtime 1.6.323) - everything works well!

This mod allows you to get additional experience from books and scrolls depending on its skills when you first read or use them. The amount of experience gained depends on the parameters of the items and the level of the player.  Mod parameters are configured in MCM.

Русская версия

I sorted the books by skills on my own, if the correspondence is set incorrectly, please let me know.
There were a lot more books teaching speachcraft and magic skills than there were teaching combat skills, armor skills, lockpicking and other. But maybe that's how it should be?

The base amount of added experience is 10 percent (scrolls - 5 percent) of the total experience at the current level.
Modifiers: book price, spell cost.

The level increase from scrolls depends on the level of the scroll magic effect. If your current skill level is higher, there will be no increase.

Requirements: SKSE.
Support: Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim.

Known issues:
1. Books do not give experience when reading from someone else's inventory. First take the book into your inventory, then read.

If you need to add books from other mods, please let me know with an indication of the correspondence of the books to the skills.
I'll consider the possibility.

If you like this mod, pls, do not forget to endorse and, if possible, to donate.
It is very inspiring and supports in creativity.
