Make master spells more usable by allowing them to be cast with a one hand, can be dual-casted (except Conjuration), magicka costs cut in half, only 1.5 seconds to charge instead of 3 seconds, and allowing you to move while the spells charge. Also fixes the mage armor spells to be more usable.

Better Master Spells
This mod makes master spells more usable by:
Casting with a single hand
Dual-casting (except Conjuration)
Magicka costs cut in half
1.5 seconds to charge instead of 3 seconds
Allows movement while charging spells
In addition to the above changes: Alteration armor spells last 3 minutes without any perks (10 minutes with stability + dual cast) Alteration armor spells have more reasonable magicka costs (base of 50, 100, 150, 200, 300 respectively) Dragonhide no longer works if you have any light or heavy armor equipped. Must be wearing cloth
Place Better Master Spells as low as you can in your load order Not compatible with major spell overhauls
Version 3.0: Major changes to how all Alteration armor spells work, fixing their durations and magicka costs to be more useful. In addition to Dragonhide being MUCH more useful, while requiring the player to have no light/heavy armor equipped. Version 3.3.2: Multiple minor bug fixes, and one big change to Dragonhide as shown above.
