Select whether your character is left handed, right handed or ambidextrous.

Are you left handed and want to inject that into your playthrough? Or maybe you want to do a playthrough as one of those left hand elves that are in lore apparently. Well now you can.
When you start the game with this mod enabled you will find in your spell menu a new power called "Dominant Hand". Casting it will allow you to choose if your character is left handed, right handed or ambidextrous (this means you can use both hands with the same level of dexterity). Choosing left or right will give you 20% extra damage with weapons and spells in the respective hand. If you select ambidextrous you will get a blanket 10% damage boost.
NOTE: Skyrim was built for whatever reason with the assumption that lefties don't exist or that they only cast spells. Weapons in the left hand are pretty wonky. As well shields will not get a benefit from you being left handed.
