Swaps the "Quest items cannot be removed..." message for a more descriptive message informing you which quest the item belongs to. This is a VR port using fudgyduff's MIT source.
For language files; overwrite dll. .json file is not necessary; use .ini file instead

The VR version uses an .ini file instead of a .json for configuration. You can discard the .json file from the original mod.
I've built this from the latest source under MIT. VR versions will always have a tweak version (e.g. 1) although it will be based on SSE as long as possible.
