Add the ability to fly with vampire lord form in Skyrim,with working collision no more tcl command.

This is a fork of original mod Royal Bloodline 2.5 that i rebuild from the ground for gives to your vampire lord only the ability of fly.
What do this mod?
Gives to your vampire lord the ability of a real fly like as to be.
How can i obtain it?
Open console command and type "help fly" when you see the spell called "Flying Ability" use its id for add it to your pg with command "player.addspell".
This procedure is necessary one time and must be do it in vampire lord form.
Use Page Up and Page Down for scroll the list in console command if you don't find it.
Compatibility?
Work with everything because is based on a spell that don't exist directly in game.
Bugs?
Sometimes the script stop to work and the fly doesn't work, this happens only when you enter in interior cell like dungeon or house. For fix it change in melee mode and then come back in magic mode for restart the script to works.
