AI Overhaul SSE
================================================
I hate children in Skyrim. They're just eminently hate-able. With their stupid faces and annoying voices. Just wanna punch their faces. RS Children Overhaul keeps you from reinstalling Killable Children. At least until they open their stupid mouths and those annoying sounds come out.
(What This Mod Does)
RS Children & AI Overhaul Patch:
AI Overhaul adds packages to many NPC's that makes them run from fights and seek cover/interiors to escape from raids/dragons/etc. This is useful if you don't want half the populace occupying their respective town's crypts and graves by mid-game. Unfortunately, it overwrites Requiem changes and requires patching.
RS Children also modifies - you guessed it - children. The little brats are modified by AI Overhaul as well, so this patch merges both of these mods, adding AI Overhaul packages to all the snotty mongrels in RS Children, and then combining these into Requiem's existing changes for children. It was an annoying amount of work for the little hellions, but better than murder. I suppose.
Now this one REALLY should be Reqtified. Probably. Maybe. I mean, they're kids, so it's not like they do anything important. But they'll be missing all the Reqtifier perks if you don't. If that matters. If you don't want to re-run it, you'll need to either delete its overwriting Race references or drag them over into Requiem for the Indifferent yourself. More work, but avoids potential issues if you have other files you don't want Reqtified that aren't blacklisted.
Now I should also add, technically this mod is NOT full patch of RS Children. Or rather it IS, unless you're a weirdo. Unless maybe I'm the weirdo? I did nothing with the "playable children" race feature in that mod, because I have no desire to play "Dragonborn - Annoying Child!" Maybe you do. If so, you're on your own bud. Cause I ain't bothering with that crap.
Also also, I will probably at some point upload a version without the AI Overhaul packages, in case people are using something in lieu of that to give NPCs a brain in combat. That said, AI Overhaul is more thorough than others I've found while remaining simple, so I prefer it. Maybe will, maybe not.
