I saw on the port of Dwemertech - Magic of the Dwarves that there was a bug with the saves. If you saved you would get corrupted saves after you had started/completed the Dwemertech quest.
this patch aims to fix that bug/glicht. It worked for me so let me know if it works for you as well.
You need the SSE port load this mod after the main mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12449 (the main mod)
