About this mod
This is a Fomod installer for all Ithlia homes. Dusk's Cabin, Limbwood Manor, Fort Highwood, The Moors and Hill House Returned.
This also includes Whiterun Mine which fits well when using Dusk's Cabin. It includes respawning ore veins, safe storage.

Ithlia Homes are some of the most beautiful lore friendly homes created for the Role Player in Skyrim.
They are here in a Fomod Installer for your convenience.
Sorry it took so long to get things squared away with resources and get these back up.
Requirements: General Stores - Only needed if you want the GS patches included in the Fomod.
Homes Included are:
Dusk's Cabin - My personal Favorite. A small cabin across the road from Whiterun.
Fort Highwood SE - A small fort with three followers near Whiterun. (Followers can be turned off with a button inside the fort)
Limbwood Manor SE - A small Tree House player Home near Iverstead. (Key is located in a chest inside Geirmunds Hall)
The Moors SE - A medium sized player home near Solitude Mill. (Solitude Mill has a boat you can use to cross the water)
Hill House Returned SE - A dark themed player home near Solitude. (Look for a ship in Solitude Harbor. Key location depends on base version or Expansion.)
Whiterun Mine SE - A small mine / player home, with respawning ore veins and safe storage.
Also included are the General Stores Patches (excluding Whiterun Mine - it just didn't make sense)
Hill House Returned Expansion, which offers a different way to obtain the key to Hill House and Hearthfires Planters Patch, for those who like growing their own ingredients. Planters are minimal as there is just not a lot of room.
Known Issues:
These homes offer a lot of features such as running water in the sink and shower of Hill House Returned SE.
Abusing the on off function of the water in the sink or shower, will cause a CTD when leaving and re-entering the home.
This is an engine limitation with the interior water state management system and nothing I can do about it. Do not abuse the feature. You have been warned.
Fort Highwood is very dark, when entering the fort. You need to turn on the lights. Take a torch so you can find all the light switches. This is intentional.
All homes feature safe storage, crafting stations and custom containers and more.
All homes have been brought up to date, the homes that I was able to turn into esl flagged esp's, have been.
