This simple patch reduces the chance of guards wearing helmets by either 25%, 50% or 75% when using Guards Armor Replacer SSE. It optionally effects Stormcloaks too.

Inspired by Less Guards Wear Helmets, this simple patch reduces the chance of guards wearing helmets by either 25%, 50% or 75% when using NordwarUA's and DanielUA's Guards Armor Replacer SSE. It optionally effects Stormcloaks too.
You'll be able to choose your preferred version of the patch when installing the mod, if I haven't messed my first FOMOD up.
This patch doesn't interfere with mods that rebalance the stats of the individual armor pieces, as only the outfits themselves have been edited.
Recommended mods
While this patch only requires Guards Armor Replacer SSE, a mod that adds new NPCs to the guard pool goes well alongside it. Otherwise you'll probably see the same few faces often.
I'm currently testing the 'New Guard Recruits' optional plugin from NVICO - Modular High Poly NPC Overhaul (it can be used without the main mod), which adds 72 additional Nord faces.
