Learned the Creation Kit just to fix this for my own game, thought I'd upload this for others to use.
Removes all overlapping textures, meshes, and invisible walls that were conflicting with the basement addon of Lakeview Manor - As It Should Be. This patch does not add any of the (CC) Fishing content to the basement.
The basement from "Lakeview Manor - As It Should Be" needs to be installed.
LKVM Cellar and Exterior.esp is required.
