Modifies NPC combat styles, making them faster to react and more deadly.
Reduces gold from most sources.
Reduces food from most sources.
Reduces jewels and jewelry.
Reduces soul gems.
Ups training costs. (Basically set back to vanilla rates)
Ups room rent.
Nerfs alchemy recipes that use common ingredients like Animal fat.
Overhauls "Ill Met by Moonlight" quest, making it more of a challenge with better rewards.
