Simple replacer .esp for Capital Whiterun Expansion. No major fixes here; I adjusted a few vertices and corrected invalid edge links, as well as resolving several other errors reported in xEdit and CK. USSEP edits have already been forwarded through into the main plugin, requiring no further conflict resolution.

This is for the version 1.5 Normal Version of CWE.
Update: Re-reviewed the mod from scratch using some new xEdit scripts and techniques ive learned since begining this series. Removed the fishing patch as the recent 1.6.x updates to those plugins removed the reocrd that was conflicting so the patch for fishing is no longer needed.
