What does this patch cover? This patch uses a esl flagged esp to introduce one outfit for Bandit and Forsworn characters. The outfits have in-built chance/variation, and can spawn with - or without - helmets/hoods.
Further notes
ESL Light Plugin (doesn't use a slot), to define the outfit
Distributed to Nord Race melee & ranged bandits - 2% chance
Distributed to all bandits (Melee/Ranged) - 1% chance
Distributed to forsworn characters - 1% chance
Open to suggestions. Chances might be a little low, so please let me know if they need to be upped at all.
