What does this patch cover? This patch uses a esl flagged esp to introduce one outfit for Bandits. The outfits have in-built chance/variation, and can spawn with - or without - helmets/hoods.

ESL Light Plugin (doesn't use a slot), to define the outfit
Distributed to Nord Race ranged bandits - 3% chance
Distributed to Nord Race melee bandits, Requiem (if using) one handed bandits, and bandit wizards - 2% chance
Distributed to all ranged bandits - 2% chance
Distributed to all melee bandits - 1% chance
Open to suggestions. Chances might be a high, or perhaps a little low, so please let me know if they need to be adjusted.
