What does this patch cover? This patch uses a esl flagged esp to introduce three outfits for Thalmor characters. The outfits have in-built chance/variation, and can spawn with - or without - helmets/hoods.

Distributed Light Royal Armor to Thalmor Soldiers - 15% chance
Distributed Heavy Royal Armor to Thalmor Soldiers - 7% chance
Distributed Heavy Royal Armor to Thalmor Justiciars - 20% chance
Distributed Royal Elven 'Dress' Armor to female Thalmor Soldiers and Justiciars - 20% chance
