Adds enchanted versions of giamel's toe rings to vendor and loot leveled lists.

Disclaimer: I do not own Special Edition and thus I cannot give support this in case something doesn't work properly in this version. Only the LE version is fully supported.
Adds enchanted versions of giamel's Silver Anklet and Toe Ring toe rings to vendor and loot leveled lists. They are added via script and so they should be compatible with everything.
Toe rings don't take up the same slot as regular rings, and so you can wear both types at the same time.
The following types of enchantment are included:
"What about giamel's Gold Anklet and Toe Ring?"
That would add too many rings into the leveled lists, and you would start seeing an usual amount of toe rings everywhere instead of circlets, necklaces and regular rings.
