First and foremost, this mod was created because my dear friend AradGad (Skeever) passed away. He took his life on January 7th, 2022. Arad was a beautiful human being inside, and out. The first time I talked to Arad was when I was trying to create my own mod in the CK in a livestream. He popped in and offered his help instantly. There was no hesitation from him, he saw that I was confused with something, and he took his free time out of his day to help me. Arad was beloved by the Skyrim modding community. He was mostly known for making his own follower mod called "Skeever" Which you can check out here https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/56582  He poured everything he had into this follower mod, spending hours upon hours not sleeping or eating just to get the next update out. Even though most people didn't know, including me, Arad was battling his own demons in real life. Sometimes I wonder if I messaged him earlier, maybe I could have changed his mind. But I know better than anyone, that's never the case. The only person that can save you, is yourself. 5 Years ago I tried to kill myself, I flew to San Francisco to jump off the Golden Gate Bridge. I know exactly how Arad felt. When you're there. Ready to jump. You're not thinking of the people you're going to hurt. You're not thinking of the memories you had. You're not even thinking of dying. You just want to be free. Free from the torment. I ended up not jumping off the bridge. I realized I could make my life better, there is a chance to make it better. I could change anything about my life that I wanted. I only wish Arad had thought the same, and changed his mind. So please, do not blame yourself. There was nothing you could have done to change his mind. Do not blame yourself, my friend. The person reading this knows who I am speaking to. You know who you are. I send my deepest condolences to everyone affected by this situation. Arad was the nicest person I ever met. The most dedicated and hard working person on the Nexus. I will never forget the time I spent with him, and the things he taught me. May you rest in peace my friend. Until we meet again. The location of the memorial is right behind the Whiterun Meadery, follow the river up from the meadery and you'll see a bridge, follow the bridge up the hill.
