Optional, but I separated the fix from this mod, so have it if you're gonna use paralysis weapons

This is a byproduct of my other mod Post-Hit Killmove and Execution, but it applies to vanilla killmoves too so I'm uploading a separate file. If you're using that mod, you don't need this for now. You need this now.
This plugin dynamically patches all magic effects with archetype 'Paralysis' or with keyword 'MagicParalysis' (special thanks to CACO for changing several effects' archetype to 'Scripts' for some reason), making them check if the subject is playing a paired animation, which, includes killmoves (also hugging/feeding etc., but those don't typically happen during combat).
It's probably best to make a Synthesis patch for such purpose, but I have no experience making one and I'm trying to focus on my other project first. So I'm leaving it as is.
If you want to see which effect gets patched, go to KillmoveParalysisFix.log under SKSE log folder.
