OUTDATED - Changes the balance of requiem's atronach stone to allow for small regen, worse potions, worse capacity, better absorb, and removes arbitrary non-magicka food nerfs.

Vanilla atronach stone: +50 magicka, 50% spell absorption, -50% magicka regen mult (the same thing you would find on, and therefore easily reversed with, novice or higher robes)
Requiem atronach stone: +350 magicka, 50% spell absorption, -10000% magicka regen mult (reversible through extreme enchanting exploits? either way makes robe enchants otherwise worthless), lowers magicka from potions by 33%, sets duration to 0 on health/stamina/magicka/carryweight related food buffs and removes magicka restoration from food out of combat.
Requiem-SAS atronach stone (this mod): +300 magicka, 60% spell absorption, -0.98%/second base magicka regen (applies to all conditions, allows racial differences in requiem to have drastic impact and robes to work again), lowers magicka from potions by 70%, sets duration to 0 on magicka related food buffs and removes magicka restoration from food out of combat.

1.00%/s: Khajiit / Orc / Redguard (2% of normal regen with atronach stone)
1.05%/s: Nord / Wood Elf (6.66%)
1.10%/s: Argonian / Dark Elf / Imperial (11%) (about 2.5 hours to restore 400 magicka)
1.15%/s: Breton (15%)
1.25%/s: High Elf (22%)
