When I saw Dynamic Animation Casting, I just had to try this out quickly!
I love Bloodskal blade but using it is always such a pain (for me, it always lags behind) and finally it is far better.

Dynamic Animation Casting
[Features]
- No noticeable lag (Unless you're running on extremely low fps already)
- No vanilla bug where the bloodskal blade may lose its effect
- You can spawn a new bloodskal blade and it will work.
- Other npc's can use it with the effect (with 1 current issue)
- No plugin
[Issues]
- Your followers may be immune to the damage effect even if their enemy used it. This is because the designers didn't really expect other npc's but the player to have the bloodskal blade effect. Also, why would you give a random bandit, the blade? That can be fixed with an esp edit though.
- Custom Animations: DAC looks into annotations in the animation. If you use custom animations, sometimes, they don't include all of the annotations present in their vanilla counterparts. You may need to change the .toml for your use.
