Capital Windhelm Expansion uses meshes from other cities but replaces the textures with custom made ones. The new textures are not compatible with meshes that are designed to be used with parallax. If you have use parallax mods in other cities like Riften, Whiterun, or Solitude you will need this fix.
This mod fixes every mesh used from other cities without affecting the original cities. If you do find broken meshes it is likely caused by other mods.
