Simply Racism Simple Race Tweaks is my own attempt to better balance the playable races to be better on-par with one another for player usage, while not straying away from Bethesda's own design style. Some aspects are inspired by ESO's racial skill trees, but all changes have been made in accordance with Skyrim's vanilla balance.

Altmer (High Elf)
• Syrabane's Boon: High Elves are born with 50 extra magicka.
• Highborn (1/day): High Elves recover magicka ten times faster for 1 minute.

Argonian
• Disease Resistance: Argonians have 60% resistance to disease.
• Marshlander: Argonians can breathe underwater, and swim 50% faster.
• Histskin (1/day): Argonians recover health ten times faster for 1 minute.

Bosmer (Wood Elf)
• Affliction Resistance: Wood Elves have 50% resistance to both poison damage and disease.
• Hunter's Eye (1/day): Wood Elves ignore 50% of enemy armor for 1 minute.

Breton
• Magic Resistance: Bretons have 25% resistance to damage from spells.
• Dragonskin (1/day): Bretons absorb 50% of the magicka from hostile spells for 1 minute.

Dunmer (Dark Elf)
• Fire Resistance: Dark Elves have 50% resistance to fire damage.
• Ancestor's Wrath (1/day): Dark Elves summon a cloak of fire to surround them for 1 minute.

Imperial
• Imperial Mettle: Imperials are born with 25 extra health and stamina.
• Voice of the Emperor (1/day): Imperials have 90% faster shout cooldowns for 1 minute.

Khajiit
• Claws: Khajiit deal 4 additional unarmed damage.
• Night Eye (at will): Khajiit can see better in darkness for 1 minute.
• Lunar Blessing (1/day): Khajiit recover health, magicka, and stamina three times faster for 1 minute.

Nord
• Frost Resistance: Nords have 50% resistance to frost damage.
• Battle Ready (1/day): Nords take 60% less damage from all sources for 1 minute.

Orsimer (Orc)
• Magic Resistance: Orcs have 25% resistance to damage from spells.
• Berserker Rage (1/day): Orcs deal double damage, and move 20% faster for 1 minute.

Redguard
• Poison Resistance: Redguards have 100% resistance to poison damage.
• Adrenaline Rush (1/day): Redguards recover stamina ten times faster for 1 minute.

• Affliction Resistance: Argonians have 45% resistance to poison damage and disease.
• Marshlander: Argonians can breathe underwater.
• Histskin (1/day): Argonians recover health ten times faster for 1 minute.

• Affliction Resistance: Wood Elves have 50% resistance to both poison damage and disease.
• Command Animal (1/day): Wood Elves can command a wild animal to fight for them for 1 minute.

• Magic Resistance: Bretons have 13% resistance to damage from spells.
• Gift of Magnus: Bretons are born with 25 extra magicka.
• Dragonskin (1/day): Bretons take 60% less damage from all sources for 1 minute.

Dunmer (Dark Elf)
• Fire Resistance: Dark Elves have 50% resistance to fire damage.
• Ancestor's Wrath (1/day): Dark Elves summon a cloak of fire to surround them for 1 minute.

Imperial
• Star of the West: Imperials are born with 50 extra stamina.
• Voice of the Emperor (1/day): Imperials can calm nearby foes for 1 minute.

Khajiit
• Claws: Khajiit deal 4 additional unarmed damage.
• Night Eye (at will): Khajiit can see better in darkness for 1 minute.
• Frightening Roar (1/day): Khajiit can let our a roar, demoralizing foes for 1 minute.

Nord
• Elemental Resistance: Nords have 30% resistance to frost damage, and 20% resistance to shock damage.
• Nordic Woad (1/day): Nords take 30% less damage from all sources, and deal frost damage to nearby foes for 1 minute.

Orsimer (Orc)
• Magic Resistance: Orcs have 25% resistance to damage from spells.
• Berserker Rage (1/day): Orcs deal double damage, and move 20% faster for 1 minute.

Redguard
• Affliction Resistance: Redguards have 50% resistance to poison damage and disease.
• Adrenaline Rush (1/day): Redguards recover stamina ten times faster for 1 minute.
