A medium to large player home situated in its own secluded cavern near Falkreath and crammed with features. The home is adoption/spouse friendly. The home contains many features and a crafting system has been implemented to allow them to be constructed like Hearthfire homes. House features include but are not limited to: Gambling Chessboard, Choice of 39 different banners, DLC additions, bards, custom crafting stations, remote access spell, fast travel map, auto-retrieved crafting resources and more.
NOTE: In order to be able to craft most things or hire bards, at the very least you must first have purchased one of the Hearthfire home plots so you can purchase or cut "Sawn Logs" from lumber mills
Crafting:
- Scroll Transcriber: Create scrolls from a known spell and some ingredients (for those with not much magicka)
- Tome Transcriber: Create a spell tome from a scroll and some ingredients (for those that find the scroll before the tome)
- Disenchantment Font: Disenchant any player enchanted item without destroying it (for getting items back if you forget the name or put the wrong enchantment on. This also has the side effect of removing any stolen flags from stolen items)
- Soul Gem Font: Convert useless soul gem fragments into soul gems or convert weaker gems into stronger ones
- Staff Enchanter with custom appearance
- Imbuing Chamber
- Resource Auto-Retrieval: Automatically takes items from storage in the home for use when crafting (Use the console command "Set LMS_AutoRetrieve to 0" to disable it).
- Crafting system to build all the furniture yourself
Hearthfire:
- Adoption (requires Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions)
- Hearthfire Style Garden OR Static Vanilla Garden (Two halves, each can be changed individually)
- Horse & Cart
- Mill
- Apiary
- Fishery
Decoration:
- Banners: Choose from a large number of different faction or common banners
- Custom Banner: There is a custom banner in the crafting system, if you make your own banner or have a banner texture you love from another mod you can place it in the file location: "textures\lrsamways\banner\custombanner.dds" and have it in the home. By default my horrid attempt at a banner is there but will be overridden if another file with the correct name and data type is placed in the above file path
- Dark Theme: Changes some things to be more evil such as the dining table and Vampires' Thrall
Misc:
- Archery Range: Functional archery range that the player can gain experience from and play a little mini-game for a reward
- Chessboard: Play against your follower (have them sit opposite you) WARNING: Gamble at your own risk
- Fast Travel Map: Fast travel to discovered major locations using the map
- Mirror: Allow you to change your appearance
- Amber Soul Gem: Re-usable Black soul gem (designed to replace black/azuras star when it is on display)
- Item Fast Travel: Black Book that will allow you to travel to 5 locations at will. Slot 0 is reserved for the home, slots 1, 2 and 3 are for custom locations and slot 4 is for travelling to Apocrypha to purchase items in bulk from the Dremora Merchant
Trophies:
- Dragon Claws
- Dragon Priest Masks
- Paragons
- Thieves Guild
- Black Books
- Elder Scrolls
- Daedric Artifacts
- Bug Jars
- Misc: Custom placement of any item. Once an item is placed in an index, it can be moved and rotated for best placement
Furniture:
- Coffin: Vertical
- Shrines: Shelf of shrines. Shrines only become visible and active once a corresponding amulet is placed on the shelf
NPC's
- Female Bard
- Male Bard
- Dremora Merchant: Merchant that will sell nearly anything the player could desire (designed as a time saver instead of running around to every merchant)
Storage:
- Dynamic Storage: A static overlay will appear over the empty container when the correct item is placed inside
- Gender Based Armour: The chest piece on show in the armor display in the basement will match the players genders
- Trash Container: Erases its own contents on leaving the cell (for all that junk that isn't worth selling)
- Auto-Sort
- Remote Access System: Access the main containers in the home from anywhere
- Cupboard Doors: Cupboard doors have been placed over most large cupboards for best appearance simply open these to get to the container behind
- Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions (optional if you wish to move your family in to the home)
NMM:
- Install the most recent version via standard NMM method
NOTE: Installation via NMM should work by the default install process however i offer no support for it in case it doesn't.
Manual:
1 - Download the archive for the most recent version and extract the contents of the archive to a specific location
2 - Copy or move the .esp and .bsa files extracted from the archive to the Skyrim SE "Data" folder
3 - Run the game and ensure that "LrsamwaysPinewoodManor.esp" is ticked

For updates a clean install is required. This involves the following:
- Removing all items from chests that were not added by this mod
- Exit the manor and cavern
- Save and return to main menu
- Un-check the mod in the mods section of the main menu
- Load the save with the mod inactive and save the game
- Return to the desktop and install the new version then enable it in the main menu

V1:
- Initial release
V1.01:
- Fixed the clay and stone deposit markers that were preventing the deposits from being mined
V1.02:
- Added the option to disable the crafting Auto-Retrieve function. Use the console command "Set LMS_AutoRetrieve to 0" in the console to disable it.
V1.03:
- Added the option to enable and disable the workbenches used to build the home
- Fixed the link between the xMarker and the cooking fire.
V1.04:
- Reduced the brightness of the home (when built i forgot to remove my dark Whiterun retexture which resulted in a bright home for most).
- Fixed the Daedric display such that the Ebony Blade will now display correctly (Script was only accepting one version of the blade and not the other).
V1.1:
- Corrected Auto-sort chest to be attached to the XMarker for the desk it sits on allowing it to appear
- Repacked the .bsa to update it to current archive standard
- Q: "I want to turn off some of the cupboard doors, is there a way to do this?"
- A: Yes, open your console and select the ones you don't want and use the command "disable"
- Q: "Where is the Dremora Merchant?"
- A: You need to use the Black Book and select "Travel to a location" then "Apocrypha" to get to him
- Q: "Can all my followers stay here?"
- A: You can get them to move if they have the dialogue option but they wont have anywhere to sleep, the mod is a family home at current, not a followers hideout
- Q: "Where is the home?"
- A: There are adequate images to show you where it is
- Q: "Where is the house and map marker?"
- A: For those unable to use the image i posted to find the entrance and then use their observational skills to note a journal and skeleton at the entrance then follow the journal's hints to unlock the house, here is the solution in simple terms:
1 - Go to the location i posted in the images
2 - Look for the entrance, skeleton and journal then pick up the journal
3 - Go to the Mzulft Storeroom (this is a vanilla game location so you can find it yourselves)
4 - Collect the Explosive Powder (on a shelf on the left in the first room after entering)
5 - Return to the entrance, place and then detonate the powder (via activators not by shooting it)
6 - Done, map marker unlocks and you get access to the cavern and house
- Mod authors may use any assets contained within the mod except script files (this includes their sub-folders) providing credit is provided to the original author(s) of the resource (see credits section) or myself for anything within "Lrsamways" folders
- The use of my script files is strictly forbidden unless permission is given
- Modifications for personal use are perfectly fine and you do not need permission.
- Translations / Patches for personal use or upload to the Nexus are perfectly fine and you do not need permission as long as the translation / patch only contains a modified esp.
Under no circumstances are my mods to be uploaded to sites other than the nexus
