Work in Progress - I'm uploading as is for now. You all are welcome to download and mess with everything, its pretty playable already. Adds new spells, dress, npc's, and sword, though definitely still unfinished and unrefined.

As stated above, this is an unfinished WIP spell pack+
I'm uploading mainly to save my work so far,since I don't know what will happen with the Creation Kit after the Bethesda Launcher shuts down next month.
Anyway, ya'll are welcome to download and test things, and leave me feedback in comments/messages.
I will try to keep working on it and updating.

Details:
In this mod you will find a few new hostile npc sorceresses roaming the land, they are very powerful and dangerous, and will most likely attack on sight and kill you if you are low level. Be warned, they possess a cosmic magic unseen in the lands before now. Defeat them to obtain some of their spell tomes.
Also adds a deranged warrior in an early game dungeon, to spice up your repetitive new game starts. New sword and dress added as well, used by the npc's.
Some items are hidden in the Soul Cairn.

Notes:
Not everything included in the mod, or the files, is as yet implemented, as some things will be changed and/or removed as I continue my work. You can also find more spell tomes via additemmenu, which haven't been organically added to the game yet, when testing those remember some are unfinished and may not function properly.

Note on my use of Mana Shield: I also changed the meshes/textures myself, so all my version is actually using is the original scripts. If you have the Energy Shield [SE] port, it will overwrite some files, this should be fine.
