Restores vanilla arrow weight while using Survival Mode, which was removed in Anniversary Edition patch 1.6.323.

Bethesda fixed this issue in update 1.6.629.
This mod shall be kept uploaded in case anyone (for some reason) uses 1.6.323.
You DO NOT need this unless you currently are running Skyrim version 1.6.323.
Bethesda, in AE patch 1.6.323, removed most weights from arrows when using survival mode. Whether or not this was intended isn't known, but this mod will revert those changes so that the weight of arrows (at least the vanilla, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn arrows, the CC arrows still have their weights) are restored back to 0.1 when using Survival Mode. As usual, when not playing with Survival Mode, the weight will revert back to 0.0.
These are just AMMO record edits, so if I missed one somehow, let me know and I can change it. This mod may or may not be needed in the future if a future patch is released by Bethesda that fixes this new issue, in which case I'll mark so here.
