Fixes the problem where vanilla lightning spells sometimes don't work. Especially for chain lightning.

What exactly does this mod fix?
- Vanilla lightning projectiles in Skyrim (especially for chain lightning) are sometimes glitched and failed to reset. If this glitch happens, you can see a transparent lightning arc stuck in the air. This glitch will cause the next lightning spells hitting the same place the glitched projectile targets. This mod aims to fix this glitch, allowing you or any other NPC in your game use any vanilla lightning spell freely.
Note: This mod only fixes the vanilla spells.

Note: the probability that this glitch happens differs from different PCs or Systems. It has been tested on my rig and proven to work. Let me know if this glitch still happens after using this patch.
