Overhaul of the infamous Deathbran armor and weapons from the DB DLC

The Vanilla Deathbrand armor from the Dragonborn DLC was a dissappointment in many ways.
not only was it falsely labled as heavy armor (while displaying the light armor model and benefiting from light armor perks)
but it was also too weak with an armor rating equal to the light stahlrim armor. it should have been the strongest Stalhrim armor in the game.
This mod changes that. converting the Deathbrand armor to the heavy Stahlrim armor and increasing its armor rate slightly.
now sitting right inbetween heavy stahlrim and daedric armor. no changes to the enchantment were made because its very unique from the get go.
i also changed the deathbrand scimitars to stahlrim waraxes...increasing their damage slightly and adjusting their weight.
again no enchantment changes were made. i did this for personal preference because Stalhrim > scimitar. if there is a request i might upload a "no weapons change" version.
now its finally worth getting through this Quest to obtain one of the more unique armor sets in the game.
