Strange Runes script edited to check both hands for a ritual spell. Removed ritual animation check from Strange Runes. Added MasterRuneEffect keyword to all Mysticism master spells.

Strange Runes has awesome rune effects for master spells, but because Mysticism disables ritual spellcasting for master spells (this is done to skip the master spell animation), you can't see them. Enter this mod, this mod will display the master rune effects from Strange Runes when you cast master spells from Mysticism. The ESP is an ESPFE so it saves an ESP slot.
