Smith-Waite (also known as Rider-Waite) deck is probably the most recognizable tarot deck, painted by Pamela Colman Smith and published in 1909. Imbued with mysticism, it's known for its depictions of pictorial scenes. The adapted decks for Blackjack and Faro include 58 cards from the Minor Arcana, with the suites of Cups, Pentacles, Swords and Wands. In these 4 decks, Knight replaces Jack, and Page replaces the 10 card. Decks are selected as usual through the menu.
You will find the ambiance in gaming parlor change throughout the day, from the pale morning light to the faint flicker of the candle flame. The cloth no longer adorns the table, and a few small items like candles were placed to cozy up the joint.
The original mod featured a single music track and a bard that would perform incessantly in a Cacofonix-like fashion. To remedy this, the bard has been tied up and in his stead, 29 music tracks have been added. These come from the music I use for my taverns and from BA Bard Songs, which I highly recommend. Song pieces were picked for the slower tempo and comprise mostly a single instrument from the medieval era. Also included are silent tracks, to provide periods of rest in-between songs.
