Version 1.00
Initial release
From a realistic standpoint it makes no sense how a merchant could tell if an item you have is stolen (What, did you write "Stolen" on it with ink?). From a gameplay standpoint an argument can be made, but you can't get access to fences without joining the Thieves Guild, so I created an alternate choice.
Some general merchants throughout Skyrim will now buy stolen goods from the player. The following stores now accept stolen goods.
Belethor's General Goods - Belethor seems like a shady businessman at worst and would not care about the ownership status about stolen goods.
Sadri's Used Wares - Revyn already has a history of buying stolen goods despite his best intentions to right his wrong-doings.
Birna's Oddments - Located in the ruined city of Winterhold miles away from major civilization, she takes any business she can get.
Pawned Prawn - Riften, home city of the Thieves Guild, corruption, and etc.
The Khajiit Caravans - Their entire lifestyle are traveling merchants, the likelihood they'd be able to pinpoint a stranger's items as stolen is very, very low.
Any general store not mentioned above will not accept stolen goods, because 1) No point of fences if all general merchants accept stolen goods and 2) There are merchants that can tell if something being bartered is stolen.
