This mod adds a chest in Dragonsreach next to the alchemy table.
Containing ingredients needed for Fortify Enchanting, Fortify Smithing, Fortify Restoration, a ring at 1000% fortify alchemy, and a note listing all ingredients for Fortify Enchanting, Fortify Smithing, Fortify Restoration.
Note: if Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch is installed this glitch will be patched, to revert the change and keep Unofficial Patch. Download Belthazor82's mod.

After looking through the Cheats and God Items category I found a very similar mod here:

I had searched for such a mod but used the wrong keywords so I ended making my own (this one) turns out it was there all along xD.
I will leave this one up in case someone wants the chest next to alchemy table, ingredients list or whatever you may want from this mod
