Add a visual effects when casting master spells from vanilla and every magic mod

It was 2017 when i first release Visual Master Spell , the idea was great but it was lacking in variety and quality
Now in 2022 with a bit more knowledge and adding the quality and unique runes from Strange Runes
it blended in a perfect mix of Master Spells Runes
The mod will work with Vanilla and any other Magic mod, it will work perfectly with Strange runes.
Depending on your ENB ( for example my ENB is very has a very strong light during day)
the visual effect will lose color intensity in exteriors ( as normal effect do in light ).
This mod doesn't adds new master spells magic, it is just a visual effect that will make master magics more mystical and glorious
