Replaces the "new quest" sound (ui_quest_updated.wav) with The Riff from Bad To The Bone (dudududududu). Made for fun. Should be compatible with everything, since this is just a simple replacer - just mind the position in your LO. Also should (not tested!) work on LE! Obviously, not lore-friendly.
