Open the game console (press ~ in game), type the following lines:
You should see a notification saying "TFC Hotkey Initialized" after entering those commands. Everything should work properly afterward.

Q: Can you add support for rotating the camera (roll, pitch, yaw)?
A: This is beyond my ability. I recommend Photo Mode for this functionality.
