Fix for the shackles that clip through Kaidan's arms in Abandoned Prison (the first encounter).

The shackles are now where they're supposed to be - around Kaidan's wrists.
ESL plugin.
Shouldn't conflict with anything.
Requires Kaidan 2.
Safe to install/uninstall whenever.
Assets (shackles) used are from the base game.
(My) Kaidan overhaul featured in screenshots: High Poly Kaidan - Face and Body (HIMBO version with darker skin)
