Tweaks literally just two entries in the fantastic "Mysticism - A Magic Overhaul" by Simon Magus, my edit changes the magicka cost and cast time of the Transmute Ore spell to their vanilla values.
Anyone can do this in xEdit in just about two seconds (like I did), but I'm posting this mainly so I don't lose the file and if anyone else wants to use it.
The reason I made this tiny tweaks is because I love the Mysticism mod to death but I never really liked how It made the Transmute Ore spell more expensive to cast, while this change is more balanced for such a powerful utility spell the unfortunate side effect of this is that the early to mid game experience of playing anything other than a mage and leveling the smithing skill is much slower and way more "grindy" than before, having to increase your Magicka high enough to transmute gold with a cost of 230 compared to vanilla's 88 magic points is tedious.
TLDR: Reverts the magicka cost and casting speed for the Transmute Ore spell back to the vanilla values.
