Intended as a SmoothCam and Detection Meter "patch." Will prevent a CTD on start up when using the mods together by giving you Reshade's DLL plugin.

Description
You only need this if...
This is Reshade's DLL made standalone from the installer. No presets or shaders, so it can't change your visuals at all. Intended for those who don't want to use Reshade's features, but still need it's DLL to get SmoothCam and Detection Meter working simultaneously without a CTD. Same DLL as what you'd get from the EXE installer if you skipped the skippable options. Grabbing this instead may save you a couple clicks to use this mirror is all.
And don't go bothering me with self righteous PMs. It had open permissions.
Install & Uninstall
Place the DXGI.DLL file in your root folder (same folder as your Skyrim EXE).
FOR ENB: If you have issues, enable proxy functions and enter the DLL's name in your enblocal INI. I don't use ENB myself nor do I care to test it.
When you first install it, the overlay will nag you about a tutorial. Press it's overlay hotkey, click to skip the tutorial, and press the hotkey again to close the overlay. Then you'll never get asked about it again. It'll just show the little message when Skyrim starts to tell you Reshade's installed, then fade away, from then on.
To uninstall, delete that same DLL (and disable ENB's proxy functions again).
Safe to add and remove from your game at any time.
