Resolves conflicts between Clear UI when trying to use the Survival/SunHelm Patch alongside SkyUI Weapon Pack

So I noticed if I installed the Survival Patch during the Clear UI installation, the SkyUI Weapon Pack Icons would not function.
This fix is intended for SunHelm specifically and allow you to see SunHelm warmth values on armor, as well as the new SkyUI Weapon icons.
During Clear UI installation, make sure you enable the Survival Patch and the SkyUI Weapons Pack Patch; then install my patch and allow my patch to overwrite. Easy!
