This mod overhauls and adds 12 Locations to the Rift, either adding whole new towns and hamlets, or expanding small locations into proper towns.  Comes with a few new quests or spicing up locations to make the quest feel more important. 

It effect many regions which you can see in an above Screenshot showing all locations
 This is an All in One for all my mods ill be doing for The Rift in Skyrim. As of Now Eastern Skyrim is completed.
