Added chimneys to the Solitude stable, sawmill, and Katla's farm. Replaced porches and shed meshes with more detailed ones.

Description:
There are hearths in the interiors of houses in suburban Solitude. However, the buildings, oddly enough, do not have chimneys outside.

- new models of chimneys
- fully compatible with retextures
- also, I made some changes to the porches and shed meshes as the Vanilla ones look too plain and flat for my liking
- added some small details
- fixed some issues in geometry, UV mapping, Vertex color
- entrance doors in the interiors were replaced with the same ones as in the exterior
