I have always liked SRW0's Voltage. However, the retexture does not cover the light emitted by the spells, leading to an odd mix of cyan and purple VFX graphics that tickles my OCD in the worst way possible. The most glaring instance is when you use Wall of Storms and Lightning Cloak. Because of this, I have edited the meshes and light emission and did my best to color-match the cyan-blue aesthetics.
Warning:
I have only tested this with vanilla shock spells and Apocalypse and Mysticism shock spells, thus I can't guarantee it will work with spells added by mods such as Odin.
Changes in Version 1.2
- Fixes the color of the electricity in the Dragonbane enchantment
- Fixes the new lightning color mixing with conjuration hand effects due to Bethesda using the Shock spells gradients in the meshes and effect shaders.
-Updated Shock spells inventory art so the color matches.
-Updated Storm Atronach Meshes so it matches the new lightning color.
Installation Install with the mod manager of your choice. You can also install it manually by extracting the file into your data folder, but I don't know what kind of weirdo does that.
Compatibility This mod should be compatible with anything that does not overwrite the meshes of Wall of Storms or Lightning Cloak and overwrites the edits in the .esp file.
Credits SRW0 for the excellent lightning textures.
