Changes Survival Mode needs to drain slower and to require more food, warmth and rest to restore your needs. It will take around 18 to 36 hours to freeze to death in the cold from full health and it will take about 1 hour to restore your health completely by being in a warm area. It will take around 5 days to end up completely starving and to be completely fatigued. You will need to eat roughly 16 very small food items, 8 small food items, 6 medium food items or 4 large food items to remain full. You will need to sleep about 8 hours a day to avoid fatigue. Also food prices have been modified to make food more affordable since you will be eating more food to keep full.
