I have ported SLuckyD's mod for LE, Ring of Boost Carry Weight Maximum plus 10000, to SE.
All credit for creating the mod goes to them, I am just credited with porting it.
The player is automatically given an an enchanted ring named "Ring of Himalayan Hauling". When equipped, it provides a constant magic effect which boosts your maximum carry weight by 10000. You just have to install and enable the mod, load a save game and equip the ring.
This is achieved with a custom enchantment called "Sherpa Strength" that increases our maximum carry weight by 10000. You can deconstruct the ring to learn it's enchantment and apply it to other items.
