Vekel the Man make over. Cockier, Smugger and a true asshole like you would expect. I made him much tall (1.06)and bigger (1.00) and gave him the Pirate Apachii Clothing Store Armor. You will need that mod. Just add follower with EFF or IAFT and take the Grey guild armor for yourself. Just dismiss him and he will walk around. There is also a quest you can do for him i believe but im not sure that makes him a potental follower. I didnt touch any of that.
