I've opted to use the vanilla pie model for the mince pies - I feel it's a much closer fit than any existing mods. It's been given its own copy of the model and textures, however, so you can freely use a different pie replacer for the vanilla game's apple pies without these being changed.
I'm using PPP2K - Pleasantly Piquant Pies 2K for the apple pie in the last screenshot.
